- When was the inspection?Check survey dates and the CMS more-than-two-years flag before comparing counts.
- What was cited?Read the official description, scope/severity letter, complaint flag, and repeat dates.
- What follow-up is recorded?Look at CMS correction fields, revisits, penalties, and disputed-citation fields.
- Who is connected?Inspect the CMS chain and exact ownership disclosures without assuming every similar name is one entity.
